Below are the steps for accessing an eBook or PDF you have ordered.
Step 1
After ordering an eBook, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to redeem the eBook. Clicking this link will add the eBook to your account. The eBook can only be redeemed by one person.
If you do not see the confirmation email, check your junk mail folder. The sender is no-reply@aha.org and the subject is: Important Information Regarding Accessing Your AHA eBook on Tizra.
Step 2
The eBook will appear in My bookshelf where you can read, download, or print it.
Additional Troubleshooting
Multiple Accounts: If you have redeemed an eBook in the past, but you can no longer find it on your eBook bookshelf, you may have redeemed it using a different account (i.e. an account with your personal email instead of your business email). If you no longer have access to that account, contact helpebooks@aha.org for additional assistance.
Expired eBooks: Some books (such as the UB-04 Data Specifications Manual) have a limited access duration. Once that has expired, the eBook will no longer appear on your eBook bookshelf, and it must be purchased again.
