You can apply for the CMRP Exam online and pay the associated fees by credit card. If you have never applied for this exam, choose the Create An Account link to set up your account.
1) Click on the Apply hyperlink and you are directed to the AHA login page. After logging in or registering, select the eligibility criteria that you meet. Then click Next.
2) Answer the next set of questions regarding experience demographics and then click Next.
3) Attest by signing the Terms and Conditions by entering your first and last name exactly as it is shown. Then click Next.
4) Confirm that the product and price are correct. Click Add to Cart:
5) Click Check-Out:
6) Confirm and enter Customer, Billing, and Payment Information:
7) Click Submit and the order is processed. The next step is to schedule the exam, which can be taken either at a PSI testing center or remotely on your computer. You will also receive an Authorization To Test email with a schedule link.
Note: A candidate's application is valid 90 days from the eligibility date. The candidate must schedule an appointment and take the examination within these 90 days. A candidate who fails to schedule an appointment within 90 days forfeits the application and all fees paid to take the examination. A complete application and full examination fee are required to reapply for the examination.

After you register and pay for the exam of your choice, fill out an Application for Reimbursement of Licensing or Certification Test Fees (VA Form 22-0803). Send the completed application and proof of your payment to your Regional Processing Office.
