From the login page, click "Forgot Password?" You can also follow this link.
Enter the email address for your account. If an account exists for that address, you will receive an email from email@example.com with the subject "Reset Your AHA Password" with a confirmation code.
If you click "Resend" after a code has been sent, another confirmation code will be emailed to you. The most recently sent confirmation code will invalidate previous codes sent; if you received multiple codes, use the code from the most recent email.
The code will expire after five minutes.
If you do not receive the confirmation code email, check your junk-mail folder. If it cannot be found in your junk-mail or spam folder, the email address linked to your user account may be incorrect. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, city, state, org affiliation, and new and previous email address(es) that may be in AHA's records, or call 800-424-4301 between 8AM-5PM CT Monday-Friday for additional help.
Enter your new password. Your password must be at least:
- 8 characters
- 1 number and 1 letter
- 1 upper-case and 1 lower-case
- cannot be the same as the current stored password
- may contain a symbol such as ! or #
Click "Change Password" to submit your new password.
